Our client, an agile and thriving Global Investment Bank with a midsized footprint here in the States that is known for its exceptional record of employee retention and development, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner ideally with some front office experience.
This is a true business partner role with its own client group of two hundred people, providing key support for the firm's Corporate and Investment Banking, Structured Banking and International Transactional Banking lines of business. Reporting into the Head of HR for the Americas, this is a very prominent and visible role with endless growth opportunity in the long term.
To be successful, this hire will proactively engage stakeholders and build relationships while offering skilled support and management of revenue driving groups. They will offer strong employee relations experience (including some solo investigations) and move seamlessly between talent management initiatives, day to day HR activities including strategic consultation around recruiting and year end compensation processes. They will have the opportunity to manage one HR resource and participate in HR initiatives spanning systems enhancements, data and reporting, and various global projects.
The ideal candidate will possess 8 or more years as an HR Business Partner specifically in Financial Services with some of those years supporting the front office.
