A unique Financial Services and commodities trading firm with a global presence are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR department in London. As the Senior HR Business Partner you will provide full generalist HR support to the Corporate Functions business and also have responsibility for delivering and managing the UK HR Operations function.
Whilst owning your own client base you will partner with a number of senior stakeholders where you will manage all day to day HR activity and core HR processes within the client group. You will also be responsible for end-to-end HR service delivery where you will manage and lead a small HR Operations team of 3 employees. This role offers an experienced HR generalist the opportunity to play an influential role in shaping HR delivery whilst being able to maintain HR Business Partnering work.
To be successful within this role you will have proven experience of managing a small team and posses the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor. You will have previously worked in a full generalist business partner role and have demonstrable experience of managing employee relation cases. You will also be happy to roll up your sleeves and have a "hands-on" approach to HR.
