The job sits within one the offices in North Leeds and will manage a small team of transactional HR people. Reporting into a HR Director, there are also dotted lines to other senior HR stakeholders. The organisation is highly matrixed and requires a seasoned HR Business partner/Head of HR to manage multiple senior relationships as the business going through change and transformation.
There is a focus on productivity, digitalising the business and social impact as well as managing a unionised and long service employee group.
You must have operated at a senior HR level in a large blue chip, you will be ambitious and keen to grow into a HR Director. The organisation is large and supports growth and career development.
Based in Leeds, potentially some occasional travel. £65-70K plus excellent benefits.
