A major international ecommerce organisation who are continuing to grow significantly across the region. The HR function itself is viewed as the most important of all the corporate functions in the organisation so actually drives rather than supports the business.

Responsibilities
A truly commercial HRBP role partnering directly with the senior management of a BU for the group. This is a strategically focused role where you will be involved in all aspects of the people strategy for the blue collar workforce across the region. This is a commercial role that is focused on productivity improvement projects, workforce transformation, culture and engagement, working with the COE's on driving the talent agenda, coaching stakeholders on employee related issues and workforce planning for the dynamic and growing regional business.

Working closely with the large in-country HR teams who will be responsible for the day to day operations this will be a strategic focus, 'big picture' role for someone who is not only prepared to but wants to be on the ground, talking to the workers and managers, understand the problems and then find solutions.

Requirements

8+ years HR Business partnering experience with a major and complex multi-national business that is fast paced and highly matrixed.

Must have blue collar workforce experience and understand HR Operations in SE Asia.

Be fast paced, ambitious,

A background in human capital consulting along with a post graduate qualification eg MBA would be highly regarded.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal are required.

Able to travel

Salary - SGD$150,000 - $180,000 + Bonus
