In this role you will act as a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership team of your client group as well as designing a plan aligned to the overall business strategy. By delivering HR initiatives, you will build employee engagement, capability and performance aligned to the values and culture of the business. You will provide guidance, advice and support on both strategic and operational people issues.
Previous experience in a HR Business Partnering role is essential, ideally within the financial services sector where you are comfortable working with the Senior Leadership team.
