They require a new Senior HR Business Partner to join this new team, with the viewpoint of a short-term trajectory to HR Director .This is a pre-planned strategic growth pattern for the team. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for a team of three, who have been internal identified already. This gives you the chance to people develop within the HR group. The role will come with excellent benefits including a generous bonus scheme, as well as a flexible working culture.
As this is a leadership opportunity, you will need to bring experience of line managing a team as well as a strong background as a HR Business Partner within a commercial environment. The company are looking for a person with ideas who can work with a transformation team to drive an exciting change agenda.
Salary: £78,000 to £83,000 + £7,200 Up to 30% bonus
