Senior HR Business Partner
Fast paced, multi-site not for profit
Hertfordshire, various locations.
£40,000 – £46,000 + travel paid and excellent benefits

Working for a not for profit company that provide HR services to their clients across multi-sites all based in Hertfordshire, this role will be managing a small team of HRBPs and will be responsible for not only the day to day business partnering with key stakeholders on all HR topics, but also will be looking strategically to work with the stakeholders to create and implement strategy across their organisations,

Managing your own diary with complete flexibility, you’ll spend 2 days across the week with stakeholders, and the rest from home. You will also get all petrol paid when travelling in and around Hertfordshire, even if going into the office.   • Creating bespoke strategic HR plans for key stakeholders across a number of client locations in Hertfordshire
  • You will create and deliver the strategy, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs for the business
  • Working with a portfolio of clients, you will provide expert advice and support across all disciplines of HR
  • You will provide excellent advice and guidance through complex ER cases
  • Provide expert advice on all topics including Tupe, redundancy, restructure, policy, processes, benefits
  • Working closely with the L&D specialists you will work on career paths and development for client’s employees
  • Having a commercial mindset, as well as being operationally hands on you will also work on a number of projects
  • Managing a small team, you will provide support and guidance


  • A strong HR Business Partnering background is required
  • Experience either leading a team or stepping in for managers in the past and looking for a step up
  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience gained in the workplace
  • Strong employment law experience and experience in taking cases through to tribunal desired.
  • A pragmatic, commercial and focused approach to your work
