Senior HR Business Partner
A market leading consultancy business is currently looking to recruit a senior HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity for 12 months. The HR department consists of 18 employees covering an EMEA remit responsible for 2,000 employees.
The purpose of the role is to manage the HR process both operationally and strategically. You will be joining in a period of great change and a large focus of this role will be managing the continual change that is taking place. This will include TUPE transfers, redundancy and change programmes. You will be specifically required to partner the Fee Earning functions and should have previously operated with similar departments in your career. Although there is a strong desire to identify someone with the project / change experience you will also need to work across the entire HR function so a willingness get involved operationally is of paramount importance. This will include day to day ER, recruitment, L&D and other ad hoc work.
Skills / Experience
- Recent experience within a fast paced commercial environment within a matrix structure.
- Proven track record of operating as a Senior Business Partner
- Project management skills: TUPE, redundancies (including collective consultations) and change programmes
- Working understanding of European languages would be beneficial but not a prerequisite
