Senior HR Business Partner

Frazer Jones are recruiting a Senior HR BP in a International Broking business to cover a period of maternity for 12-15 months. This position based in the city will be starting in September and will require someone with extensive experience working in a similar function.

Working as a specialist HR BP you will be responsible for front office functions covering an employee group of around 250 employees based in the UK, Europe and the US. With support from the specialist divisions (IT, L&D, Int Mobility, Reward and Recruitment) you will be free to work as a true business partner in a client facing role working with senior stakeholders across the client groups.

Main responsibilities in this role include: Employee relations, salary and bonus review, appraisal and talent management, and other key initiatives and strategic projects as directed by the Head of HR.

Ideally you will have extensive experience working as an HR BP in a highly commercial and fast paced financial services company. My client will also consider candidates from other sectors provided they are highly commercial and forward thinking organisations.

Role Requirements

  • Supporting and advising managers on complex employee relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary, grievance
  • Provide accurate advice on employment law issues arising from business restructuring and organisational realignment, including TUPE
  • Manage ER / legal matters for offices across Europe and North America
  • Expert coverage in handling visas and legislation covering offices across EMEA
  • HR Managements of global satellite offices across Europe, Middle East and Asia
  • Manage pay benchmarking information, salary level evaluations, promotions and related documentation.

Background:

  • Ideally experienced within a fast paced highly pressurised environment with a demanding client group
  • Must have strong ER experience
  • Previous experience managing satellite offices on a global scale
  • End to end generalist skill set covering both operational and more strategic initiatives
