Senior HR Business Partner
Our client is a global financial services business. They are looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner who lead HR regionally for the US (~500 employees). In partnership with the CPO and key business stakeholders, the HRBP will drive implementation of structure and policy and lead employee relations, resource and talent planning. This is a highly autonomous role developing and driving all people processes for the US, in collaboration with a global HR team.
We are seeking an individual skilled and experienced in leading change management, developing people processes and driving organizational development. Complex HRBP experience ideally in a mix of global, matrixed and smaller, growth professional/financial services environments is sought. Comfort operating across a blended strategic and tactical scope will be critical to success. M&A experience would be a plus. The firm is downtown Boston based with ~2 days/week in office.
