Senior HR Business Partner
Our client is a specialized, professional services organization in the forensic consulting and engineering space who is looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner who will help lead HR for this 500+ person organization.
This role reports to a dynamic Head of HR who is both establishing a team and driving the build-out of the organization’s HR capability. Responsibilities will run the gamut from career development, coaching leaders, training, performance management, ER, leader effectiveness, to compliance. The role could offer people management to someone interested in this piece.
The firm is seeking an experienced professional with broad HR expertise who can engage and advise leadership around strategy, while simultaneously having comfort implementing and building. While the firm is well-established, the effort to embed meaningful and sophisticated HR practices is newer. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner out of financial or professional services industries is ideal. The firm is located in Deerfield, with 2 days onsite.
