Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA
I am supporting a Global standards organisation who work across multiple sectors, in their search for a Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA. The role will be joining a business critical team and will give you the opportunity to have a direct impact across EMEA. As part of the leadership team for this area of the business you will support the shaping of the people strategy alongside the HR Director. You will also form part of The EMEA regional leadership team. Partnering with multiple key stakeholders you will deploy and enable the people strategy within a complex matrix structure. To support you in delivering the strategy locally you will manage a team of HR Business Partners who are based across Europe.
I am looking to speak with HR professionals with proven experience of working across EMEA in a complex matrix structure, who have supported senior stakeholder on the development and implementation of people plans. You will have a demonstrable track record of providing thought leadership, strategic input and in acting as both an influencer and enabler, who has delivered value to the strategic aims of a business. Previous experience in leading, inspiring and developing a team is essential.
The location of this role could be based in either of their UK offices or in Europe.
