Senior HR Business Partner (EST Remote or Hybrid)
Our client is a commercial property & casualty insurance firm looking to hire a Senior HRBP. This is an addition to their HR team, reporting to the Head of HR, and leading all people efforts for ~200 employees (of 800 total) in sales/revenue generating roles. This role can be based in Atlanta (hybrid ~1-2 days in office) or fully remote within the EST time zone.
This an individual contributor role sitting amongst an HR/TA team, with other HR services/COEs at the parent company level. It will be charged with listening and furthering the business’s understanding of how sophisticated and strategic HR can provide value and partnership to their business, which has had largely operational support in the past.
The firm is seeking an experienced, strategic business partner with experience in insurance and supporting sales populations.
