My client is a global business that are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to manage a client group of c.600 across Europe and reporting into the HR Director.
Based out of Milton Keynes, the position is a member of the EMEA Leadership team and the EMEA Regional leadership team, supported by a team of HR Business Partners across Europe that you will work with to deliver the strategy locally in addition to the support provided by the COE and Shared Services in the UK. Key to this role will be your ability to:
- provide support to multiple key stakeholders
- deploying and enabling strategy within a complex matrix structure across EMEA and a culturally diverse area
- to advise and coach business managers to support the achievement of business goals
- lead change activities and providing expertise on organisational design and development
You will have similar experience gained across Europe/EMEA and within an HR Business Partnering capacity. Key to success will be your ability to demonstrate experience of providing thought leadership, strategic input and that you have added value to the strategic aims of your business or client group. A demonstrable track record of working in a matrix management environment is essential. Commercially astute and with previous team management experience, you will need to be geographically mobile and able to travel across Europe. This could be for 1 week/month (Monday - Thursday) so approx 25% of your time to begin with, and to include Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan and Warsaw.
