Senior HR Business Partner – FinTech
Our client is a market leader with a dynamic and fast-paced culture that requires an energetic, ambitious and hands-on business partner. You will be part of a high performance working environment, partnering with the brightest minds in the business.
As Senior HR Business Partner you will report into the Regional Head of HR and partner closely with stakeholders across locations and business lines to provide advisory support as well as to work on projects that are critical in building out new business units.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- End to end business partnering related to C&B, ER, L&D, coaching, performance management
- Designing, building and implementing HR services and programs
- Providing hands-on, consultative advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Project work related to new business units and locations
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with experience of working in a tech, fintech or financial services organisation, that can be agile and hands-on, with the ability to keep up with an ever-changing, high growth environment.
