I have partnered an innovative tech start-up business who are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (International) to join their growing business. This will be a hybrid role working 1 day a week in their SW London offices initially, with the idea to move to a more Central London location in the future.
My client had a highly successful series A funding round in 2020 which has put them in a healthy position for future sucess, growth and profitability. The organisation is unique, and the business has been received well by their consumers and industry experts within the online tech world.
The concept of the platform is to automate the setting up of limited companies for property/asset investment in the simplest way for the user. The company also connects property investors to fund buy-to-let investments. My client saw a gap in the market that would enable a fairer and more productive access to asset ownership an access to wealth creation.
With a roll out of global offices over the coming weeks/ months I am looking for a strategic minded Senior HR Business Partner that can hit the ground running which will include an initial HR audit, before building and implementing a road map.
Being a fast paced and dynamic business, my client needs someone who is very data driven and analytical, ideally from a tech background.

As well as developing culture, engagement and innovation across the business, my client needs a strong leader who is confident at partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
As well as building relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategies, you will be expected to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change.
You should also be solutions focussed across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organisational solutions.
Candidates with a strong ER background and EU employment law knowledge would be preferred.
