Senior HR Business Partner London
Frazer Jones is partnering with an amazing Technology business that has gone through a long period of growth globally.
Your duties:
- Working with the business bringing an aligned strategy to the People plans, as a trusted advisor for the executives and leadership teams
- Working with the Technology communities, we want to ensure we deliver a strong People experience, supporting on Talent Management programs, organisation design as the company continues to grow and promote a positive people culture
- Whilst this role will be strategic, we also need someone who can deliver on operational business needs, looking at the policies and procedures, collaborating with the COE, Reward, L&D and TA driving efficiency’s and lastly supporting the business with Employee Relations too
- Driving a strong performance management culture, through high performance and reward in a fast paced environment
- Working with data to produce impactful insights such as hiring trends, attrition, DE&I, employee engagement and so on
The ideal candidate will:
- A strong background as a Senior HR Business Partner, driving change at the top but comfortable being hands on
- Ideally worked within a fast growth business, directly supporting either Technology or Scaling businesses
In return our client will offer:
- A competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000
