My client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, who is enthusiastic and highly organised. You will enjoy the challenge of working with a range of diverse partners across the organisation, providing high quality and consistent people related advice and guidance. You will be a HR professional who thrives working in a fast paced environment covering a full HR generalist remit.
This role comes with a broad range of responsibilities including advising and managing employee relations, reviewing and benchmarking salaries and benefits while contributing to the on-going development of the HR function. You will act as a change agent at points of organisational change and a critical friend to the central services management teams.
My client is looking for a confident individual with excellent communication skills to join their fast-moving organisation; with the ability to maintain focus and attention to detail within this environment. You will have experience in delivering solution focused HR generalist advice, managing change and developing procedures. As HRBP, you will require knowledge of up to date GDPR and data protection alongside being skilled at working with data and drawing insights from analytics. CIPD qualified or qualification by evidenced experience of proactive CPD is essential.
Salary: £38000- £42000
