A new opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to manage a population across South East Asia within a global Consultancy, voted 'Top 10 Best Places to Work For'. This role is accountable for the region it covers across three countries, as well as a sizeable HR team you will coach and manage.

There is a centre of excellence to lean on, however, this person will need to still roll their sleeves up and deliver on any operational aspects that are needed.

The successful candidate; An established HR Business Partner already looking to gain further regional exposure and team management. Must have local market experience and have managed on projects (if not had direct reports previously). Excellent senior stakeholder management and coaching the business across a complex landscape is essential. A positive attitude and long-term approach.

Responsible for; All aspects of HR and ensuring the HR teams are delivering operational excellence. Excellent exposure to compensation and benefits and global mobility is highly desirable.
