I am looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to be an essential member of the HR team, working closely with the HR Manager, your role will encompass the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment
- Onboarding & inductions
- 1st point of contact for all HR queries
- Contracts and variation letters
- Coordinating the global training programme for the region and working with vendors
- HR projects
- Other adhoc HR administration as and when required
Your skills & experience:
- At least two years' experience in an HR role
- HR or equivalent degree (desirable)
- Experience in working in a professional services environment
- Excellent stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Ambitious, confident & ability to keep up with a fast pace in a high pressured environment
