Senior HR Executive

Job description
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be required to work closely with the team as a Senior HR executive to provide support that is aligned to business and HR needs. Your day to day includes end to end full spectrum of HR operations such as recruitment, training and development and payroll. You are required to provide advice to the leadership team regarding employee relation issues and facilitate communication channels to build up close work relationship amongst the management and staff at all levels.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years HR experience in the industry. The ideal candidate should also have good excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills. Good knowledge of the HR practices, employment law and payroll practices in Singapore will be a plus.
