They are currently seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive to join their team.
Job description
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be one of the key personnel in driving company and organizational wide HR programs and initiatives for their headquarters. You will be required to understand the key business drivers that affects the different functions and turn them into HR strategies. You will be working closely with the business leaders to plan and fulfill all manpower requirements, proactively resolve all employee related issues, help to improve and streamline processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate ideally would require at least 3 years’ experience in Human Resource. Having good understanding and knowledge of HR practices, operations, and employee relations. Good knowledge and exposure within manufacturing industry will be preferred. Successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail with good interpersonal and communication skills.
