Reporting into the Regional HR Manager EMEA this role will handle the full life cycle and work in both a strategic and operational capacity. As this is an American headquartered firm the business is fast paced and HR behaves in a true commercial partnership with the business, so someone used to handling a varied mixture of work and handling senior stakeholders is key.
With the full life cycle of HR under this role and a newly opened office in Ireland there is lots of scope to develop and take on more HR projects. As a growth business ambiguity and change will be a part of this role, so someone seeking this type of environment and used to handling a constantly changing culture will be a great fit.
In terms of skillset, the position will get involved with all aspects including : ER; talent development; HR policy design; global mobilty, HR Operations and compensation & benefits. This is a 12 month FTC.
