Senior HR Lead

This is a senior role in the HR team. Supervising a team of four, its main objective is to ensure the operational effectiveness of the team including compensation and benefits, management information, organisational design, headcount control, employee relations and the on-going activities which support the business to achieve its objectives. The business expects a meticulous level of service from HR and the role-holder should aim to maintain the team's reputation for accuracy and efficiency. A close link with the business is essential to providing this level of service and the role-holder should build a good understanding of the firm's priorities and how HR can support them. Making a positive contribution to team dynamics during a significant period of change.
