This leading professional services firm based is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join them. Working as part of a wider HR team this role is a pure partnering role that will see the successful candidate supporting the Head of HR across a wide range of people projects delivering the people agenda into the firm as a whole.
Supporting across a range of people projects you will be responsible for the planning and implementation such, analysing progress and measuring outcomes. Working at senior level across the business you will partner with a range of both partners and Senior Heads of Department, understanding key practice areas and moulding projects accordingly in order to deliver the best outcomes. You will continuously look at shapes and designs of teams, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across different groups as well as looking at the shape of HR support accordingly into those teams.
The business is looking for a solid HR BP with significant project and partnering experience ideally gained within a partnership environment. You will be a commercial and analytical HR professional with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and nurture the more junior BPs. Ideally you will have gained experience of working in a partnership or corporate environment in a very high touch and visible role.
