Senior HR Manager
A global leader are now looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead their HR team for EMEA.
Managing a team, you will be responsible for leading on both operational and strategic HR generalist activity across the region.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Business partnering and working with senior leaders, including the founder, and being able to influence and push back where needed
- Operational HR including driving processes and policy
- Line management
Skills required:
- At least 7 years’ experience in a HR generalist role, ideally in a professional services environment
- Be able to demonstrate leadership and team management responsibility
- Passionate, ambitious and career driven
Salary will depend on experience but up to £85k + bonus + benefits. There is an opportunity to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
