Senior HR Manager

Am currently working with a leading global law firm in their search for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. As a true leader in the legal field this international firm is in a real period of change and positive transformation as well as growth.

As a result the business is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join one of its key practice groups to help drive the people agenda and strategy into this stream. Working with a blend of lawyers and business services this is a well balanced generalist role which will see you reporting into the Head of HR and working collaboratively with a large group of Senior HRMs.

You will lead on a number of key projects for the business, support change and transformation and execute across key deliverables. Working closely with other HR Managers you will also ensure the seamless HR generalist service running through the group and be the escalation point for any issues.

The firm is looking to meet with commercial HR Business Partners who are already operating at the Senior level, looking for their next challenge. Ideally candidates will have experience of either professional services or financial services companies and worked in sizeable firms.
