With an exceptionally strong results and business expansion across the APAC region, we are recruiting for a high calibre Senior HR Manager, APACto support and advice their leadership team in all aspects of Human Resources.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you will be tasked with the end to end HR portfolio for the senior leadership team of approximately 500 employees in both the Singapore and regional office. This role has a heavy focus on transformation, change management and communications apart from the daily HR business-as-usual. You will work closely to inspire & coach the senior leaders on relevant HR topics that will be further cascaded down to their teams.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have a track record in supporting and driving a high growth and matrix organization within industrial or similar sector. As a proven HR leader with at least 10 years of leadership experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives to support a dynamic business. You possess strong consultancy skills to influence and advise a diverse leadership team, and to drive a high performance culture and excellence in the HR organisation. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
