Our client is a global consultancy with a base in Singapore and have engaged our services [exclusively] for a Senior HR Manager APAC to join this thriving fast-paced business. This person will act as a key point of contact to the business across 10 APAC locations offering advice and support. This person acts as a key support for the senior HR team who are smart, engaging and have helped to build a credible and commercial HR function.

This Senior HR Manager will cover a maternity FTC (approx. 9 months). This person will be expected to hit the ground running and undertake all aspects of HR, from Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and owning HR Operations, through to some exciting APAC HR projects and initiatives. This business is person centric, as a result there will not be set policies and procedures in place - so this person will use their initiative to help navigate 'grey' areas, use a common sense approach and build strong long-lasting relationships across APAC and globally.

This is a 'hands-on', end-end role with an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle for APAC. A unique opportunity to make an impact by streamlining processes and making value-add changes to the way in which HR serves the business. Reporting to the Global Head of HR and supporting and collaborating with global teams and counterparts.

This international firm is a leader in their area; they provide specialist and niche services to their clients so you will get to work with a smart, diverse and culturally diverse and interesting business. This is a personable business that is people driven not policy/process led.

Desirable: Generalist APAC/international experience, passion and skillset in L&D/Training, willingness to 'roll up sleeves' to get things done, comfortable in undertaking any HR operations. Someone who can use their initiative.
