Senior HR Manager, North America
Up to $140,000k base + benefits
Our client is a global asset manager experiencing significant global expansion and seeking to install their first HR leader for North America, to be based in NYC. This is a stand-alone HR manager who will have the opportunity to lead local implementation of sophisticated HR practices and policies, in tandem with HR leadership based internationally. The HR Manager will be the regional expert on policies and regulations specific to their jurisdiction and will lead efforts to drive global consistency and harmonization. They will partner closely will leadership and managers to provide coaching around performance, talent and culture initiatives.
This HR professional will bring strong, well-rounded generalist experience (Employee Relations, Recruiting, Performance Management, Training, etc.) out of asset management or other small-mid sized financials. They will demonstrate experience or ability to excel in a highly autonomous capacity, driving strategic efforts while having comfort executing on tactical HR responsibilities.
