Our client is a leading group holding company based in Abu Dhabi and specialising in the Agricultural sector is currently seeking a Senior HR Officer to join their growing HR function.
As a Senior HR operations Officer you will provide front-line operational HR support and services to the business. Working with the support of the broader HR & admin division team, this hands on role provides generalist HR support to all the employees, predominantly through the provision of expert advice and solutions to line managers on operational HR practices, covering the full employee lifecycle.
The areas of practice includes performance appraisal, time and attendance, leave management, employee relations, separation process, policies compliance, payroll, trainings, travel management , recognition & reward activities as well as getting involved in adhoc HR projects.
The Ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelors degree in a HR related subject
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Able to work effectively as a team member and indepently when required
