An exclusive engagement for a Senior HR Transformation Consultant (S$150k + Bonus) to join a prestigious global matrix Professional Services Firm, based in Singapore. They are looking to expand their SE Asian Team of consultants - who are client facing and in the field. There are various HR Consultant opportunities working largely with their Banking and Financial Services clients on HR programs to enable the retention/attraction and development and lead HR workstreams across any of the HR functions. You could be a HR Transformation consultant, or, an in-house HR professional that has managed and led end-to-end HR transformation projects.

This person will face-off to clients and lead project teams to help solve complex HR problems and enable strategic change in the aspects of Talent/ Reward/ Learning/ Operations/ Recruitment/ Engagement/ Diversity / Change / Mergers & Acquisitions / ER any ad hoc HR requirements as and when needed. You ideally already work in a complex Bank / Financial Services / FMCG environment with change and want to apply these to a consultancy setting to further expand your skillset.

Background: A solid HR Transformation / Project Manager with end-to-end hands on delivery. You may be in an in-house HR role and have a depth of HR project experience looking to join a consultancy and work with multiple projects and clients. Banking/Financial Services/Complex matrix FMCGs/Manufacturing is desirable. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will enjoy fast-paced and commercial environments.
