A truly global business, with offices across the world, are under-going an exciting period of change, transformation and acquisition.
As such, we are looking for an experienced HRBP to join them on a permanent basis to support the Dublin and London offices.
It is an absolute essential that you have experience of both Ireland and the UK, recently, particularly issues such as employment law, reward, TUPE and ER.
Ideally you will have come from a matrix style structure, and be experienced in operating in a changing environment. The business is moving to a Shared Service structure, so any exposure to this will obviously be valuable.
There will be alot of project based work for you to get stuck into, aswell as the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across both offices.
The business operates a hybrid working policy, meaning you will need to be in the Dublin office once or twice a week. It is possible to do this from the UK, as long as you are happy to fly to Dublin once a week.
There is enormous potential for this role to grow with the business, aswell as your personal experience and development.
