Our client is an international leader in the entertainment and event management sector. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to be based in Berlin or Hamburg.

Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)


  • Managing the HR team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will be in charge of the integration of newly acquired entities in collaboration with the line manager.
  • Act as a Business Partner to all the department heads including advisory in all HR relevant topics such as HR Controlling, shaping company’s culture, Labour Law, Change Management, Talent Development, Personnel planning and People Strategy.
  • Implement up-to-date HR operational procedures, with emphasis on digital transformation and efficiency.
  • Supporting the recruitment activities for senior positions.
  • Working aligned with the HR teams in the UK & line manager.
  • Supplying essential information to the finance department during their controlling and budgeting processes.


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Around 10 years of experience in HR, and a minimum of 5 years working as a HRBP in an international organization.
  • Proven expertise in HR Transformation, Change Management, Talent Development and Personnel Planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of German labour law.
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English.
