The Senior HRBP will partner with Marketing and Governance client groups. Although 300 FTE the expectation will be high touch and bring leadership partnership to navigate change and growth. This is a highly visible role as you will partner with and be part of the SLT.
The role itself is an end-to-end HR Generalist role but very much operating within that tactical and strategic space where you will work collaboratively with your client group to ensure all annual employee lifecycle objectives are met as well as the creation and execution of the People Agenda. A big push this year and beyond is talent identification, development and building out bench strength.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have both financial and professional services consulting outwards, where you have had the responsibility to not only partner a geographically dispersed client group and can quickly build credibility to influence change and desired outcomes to meet the both the people and business drivers.
