My client is a recognised player in the global banking marketplace with revenue streams across retail, asset management and wholesale. With a presence spanning 30 countries, they are an organisation built on a tradition of disciplined entrepreneurship, serving clients with creative solutions, and considered thought leadership.

The VP HR will partner with the EMEA IB and GM client groups. The role itself is an end-to-end HR Generalist role but very much operating within that tactical and strategic space where you will work collaboratively with your client group to ensure all people centric and annual employee lifecycle objectives are met as well as the execution of the People Agenda, both the global approach and bespoke. You will draw on CofE when necessary.

To be considered for this role you will have financial services and front office experience, investment banking or global markets. You will possess the ability to work within fast paced ambiguity, build strong relationships at all levels especially C-Suite and have the resilience needed for demanding client groups.
