I am delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a long‑standing and highly valued client based in the heart of London. Having successfully supported the hiring of their global SuccessFactors project team, I am now pleased to be bringing a Senior HRIS Analyst opportunity to the market.

With SuccessFactors now deployed across their global operations, the organisation is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors specialist with strong hands‑on configuration skills across multiple modules. This is an exciting international role within an established HRIS function, and SuccessFactors expertise is essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary specialist for selected SuccessFactors modules, owning configuration, maintenance, and ongoing refinement across multiple regions.
  • Lead the design and improvement of workflow logic, rules, and processes to support country‑specific and global HR requirements.
  • Manage day‑to‑day system queries, diagnose issues, and collaborate with HR stakeholders to define enhancement requirements.
  • Translate business needs into workable system changes, producing clear functional documentation and partnering with external support teams on delivery.
  • Ensure system changes align with wider architecture principles and work closely with cross‑functional leads on any interdependent design decisions.
  • Support the development and accuracy of HR reporting by partnering with analytics and reporting colleagues where data dependencies exist.
  • Plan and execute module‑related updates, quarterly release activities, and broader rollout initiatives.
  • Maintain configuration workbooks, user guidance, and process documentation to support effective system governance.
  • Contribute to initiatives across the wider HRIS portfolio, stepping into areas such as data, workflow, or user experience enhancements when required.
  • Provide coaching or knowledge‑sharing to colleagues to strengthen internal HRIS capability.
