To support its expansion plans within Asia, our client is hence seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who is able to steer the ship for the region.

Job Description

This role entails two broad arenas, namely to support key lines of business as well as to oversee the smaller locations/countries in the region. With the support of a modest team, you are responsible for driving strategic HR activities that meet long-term organizational goals. Your remit covers but is not limited to Talent Management, Organizational Design & Development, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards Planning. You should also ensure that the HR solutions proposed sit well within established policy and program guidelines. The broad nature of the role necessitates that you leverage and collaborate with colleagues across the board (Centre of Excellence, Shared Services, Workforce Support Solutions). At its core, this role entails a commitment towards promoting organisation effectiveness from a HR perspective, both through meaningful discussions as well as transformation projects/practices that improve the quality and efficiency of people processes.

The Successful Candidate

You should ideally possess experience in managing all aspects of HR at the regional/global scale and be comfortable assuming a team lead mantle (e.g. supervisory duties, interfacing with senior level management). Individual contributors with demonstrated records of HR contributions that span both the strategic and operational levels are more than welcomed to apply as well. Most importantly, you should not only possess a keen eye for identifying HR priorities, but also an acumen for proposing appropriate people management/workforce solutions that address extant issues. The ability to provide HR advice to varied audiences is likewise prioritized.
