I am working with a UK property business seeking a Senior HR Manager to join the organisation to cover a maternity leave. Reporting into the HR Director the role will handle a mixture of strategic and operational work, driving the new rollout of the employee engagement survey and also engage with the leadership development activities across the business's leadership.
The organisation has brought in a new HR Director in the last 12 months and is adding strategic capabilities to the HR offering, so this position will suit an individual with experience of driving a more proactive HR function and relationship with the commercial leadership. Challenging stakeholders and demanding targets mean that the environment will be driven and commercial, so if you are seeking a fast paced and hands on working relationship with your employees this could be a great fit.
As a business my client is circa 500 employees across the UK. They aren't planning to grow in the near future, but instead consolidate and build out the organisational structure within. This will mean a number of HR projects around organisation development and will require somebody who has worked in a professional services/property business which is going through growth or change.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
