Senior Interim Reward Analyst
Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global financial services company with employees across the US and EMEA. The company is currently going through a period of transition and growth and because of this require a Senior Interim Reward Analyst to support them with a 2-3 month project.
Reporting to the Head of HR & Reward, you’ll be completing a highly hands on role that will require you to calibrate salaries and create salary ranges and job families to be applied to their HRIS. You’ll be looking at compensation data from some of the big providers and the role will require you to analyse and interpret the data to ensure they set up their internal job architecture appropriately. This is a data heavy role rather than a high-level strategic position which the successful candidate must be happy with. You will however also support with some sales incentive design work.
To be considered for this role you must be immediately available for a short-term assignment. The role needs someone that can easily demonstrate experience working with compensation data for a global employee population. The role is offering agile working but does require someone to be able to attend their London office once a week if needed. The role will pay up to £400pd outside of IR35.
