The Senior Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for connecting the organisation's mission and values to the culture and deliver my client's internal communications. My client is looking for someone who can bring lots of cutting edge ideas to the communications team and raise the bar.
Key responsibilities & skills required:
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior communications professional with particular experience of managing digital platforms. You will be a strategic thinker with a forward thinking approach and have exceptional relationship building skills.
Develop and implement communication strategies in alignment with business strategies and brand objectives
Design strategic communication plans that advance brand awareness and positive sentiment in key markets
Identify emerging issues and challenges that are facing the business and collaborate with the organisation to implement solutions while managing reputation
Extensive experience working as a senior communications specialist within a complex, fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
Experience of working with cutting edge technology platforms.
Ability to write in a variety of styles that is consistently engaging, accurate and impactful
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong project and budget management skills.
Exceptional networking skills and the ability to influence others to make things happen.
