Our client is a highly successful, medium sized global financial services business that is experiencing continued growth & success. Headquartered in the US and due to a maternity cover, they have an opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to manage recruitment for their Asia Pacific Region for a period of 12 months.
As part of the HR team you will be solely responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment as well as offering a high quality service to your internal stakeholders. Due to the nature of the business and the individuals that they seek to hire, it is essential that you are able to apply a quality approach to each assignment, understanding it may take time to secure the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is looking for a role where they can truly partner with a business, own the function and drive process improvement where possible.
This role will not suit candidates that are motivated by time to fill rates and total numbers of hires made.
To be considered for this opportunity you will:
- Have an interest in Financial Services (FS experience is advantageous though not essential)
- Display exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with senior staff
- Thrive in a role where attention to detail and quality of hire is paramount
- Strong sourcing capability and able to think outside the square in terms of candidate attraction
