Working with this Global Professional Services Firm as Senior L&D Consultant you will lead the design of end to end programs working in a team who are supporting the design, development and deployment of a major L&D project across the firm. This project focusses on new behavioural and leadership focussed program involving both digital and face to face learning.
You will project manage and be the main lead for the design and development of all new content for a blended learning program of work with some possible facilitation of content and programs. Providing insight from reporting and gap analysis as well as monitoring programs and feedback to ensure quality delivery.
Strong learning design and end to end blended learning program design experience is essential where you have strong organisational and project management skills. Exposure to professional services or corporate environments are essential.
Contract role until end of June 2020 based in Melbourne CBD. Flexible work options available.
