We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in financial services to find them a Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Manager. This senior role will focus on delivering and managing their flexible benefit provision, as well as a wide range of plans and policies that support their strategy of being ‘A Great Place To Work’. This role will focus on supporting their local (UK & I) population (but with strong linkage across EMEA and beyond) in managing a directory of some 30+ providers/vendors across their provision suite. In addition to benefits, a key focus of the role is the development and execution of a robust financial wellbeing strategy that drives both engagement across all their populations and is DEI centric. On the strategic side of this role, there is a need to promote a best-in-class philosophy, ensuring that local plans can also be scaled into the global model, but remain locally relevant. Significant value is placed by the business on the employee experience within their benefits ecosystem and they are looking to meet candidates who can really move the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to make the visible journey one that delights employees. Great emphasis is also placed on the quality of communications around provision choice and selection, therefore the business is looking to meet candidates who excel at designing socialisation strategies to help promote engagement and education, both at the end user population as well as the stakeholder audience. As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates from either an in-house benefits role or consulting, who has deep technical understanding of insurance contracts and risk principles, is comfortable in assessing risk and negotiating risk contracts with insurers. Solid experience in health insurance contracts and health trust managements in the UK and Health Insurance in Ireland is required.
