Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Engagement
I am working with a highly creative & innovative Bristol based firm that is looking for a Senior Manager who will focus on Employee Experience and Engagement. The role will focus externally, working with big brand clients at c-suite level and advising them on the design and delivery of employee experience and cultural transformation.
This position will involve working with external clients, typically at HRD and CEO level with UK and Global brands, to design and build an employee experience strategy, this may include areas such as: employee experience and employee engagement, EVP, cultural change and transformation, EDI and employer branding.
This will ideally suit someone with bags of curiosity and creativity from either an HR/employee engagement or strategic internal communications background who is able to demonstrate the ability to provide strategic advice at senior or Board level. This experience will demonstrate a strong track record and passion for creating strategies and plans to implement employee experience and cultural transformation.
Based in Bristol the business operates a hybrid working policy.
