I am partnering with a global FTSE 100 organisation headquartered in Cambridge to secure a Senior Manager within their Executive Compensation team.
As Senior Manager you will be working alongside the Global Head of Reward to position, calculate and communicate remuneration for the senior executives within the business.
This role will have regular communication with the board and so previous senior exposure and great communication skills will be necessary. This role therefore allows the successful candidate the ability to gain excellent exposure to a REMCO process which is a necessary skill in progressing to senior Reward levels themselves.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate and strong in analytics and insights. Whist a Reward background is highly preferable (either in-house or consultancy), experience in Tax or Finance will also be considered.
