Senior Manager HR Rewards (m/f/d) in Munich


  • Drive the benefits strategy and activities for the firm in Germany in close collaboration with the Group Reward and Total Reward teams.
  • Manage projects to improve existing and implement new benefits programs, with focus on employee and financial well-being, e.g. pension/pension administration, insured benefits including life and Ad&D insurance and supplemental medical insurance
  • Review the existing benefits portfolio and derive recommendations from market trends and legal changes
  • Strengthen the HR and the Reward team in the delivery of the Total Reward agenda
  • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure handling and delivery of C&B programs, including employee share plan and queries on taxation and social security
  • Contribute to the improvement of payroll processes and data flow within HR
  • Act as consultant for HR Business Partner and HR leadership team in benefits related questions


  • In depth knowledge of benefits solutions and understanding of reward related topics
  • 7+ years of experience in Reward with focus on benefits design and implementation (support) in a multi-national organization or Consulting company

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Economics or related field
  • Strong analytical skills to perform total reward analyses, cost modelling and other analyses
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM (or similar HRIT system) and payroll systems
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of German tax and social security system
  • Business fluent in both English and German is mandatory
  • GRP or similar reward professional certification is a plus
