Senior Manager, Human Resources (Global Brands)
Our client, a leading spirits company located in a brand new office in midtown NYC, is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their growing team. This person will be supporting their Global Brands division which consists of 200 employees across various markets and will be responsible for being a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to the General Manager and its senior leaders. They will be involved in everything from employee relations, learning and development, coaching, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development and design, calibration sessions, employee engagement, talent management and identification, etc. and aligns it to the business’ needs. Furthermore, this person will partner with various COE partners such as Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.
They are in midst of a huge cultural transformation and they have bold ambitions as it relates to growth, sales and DEI initiatives. This person must be agile, open, organized, focused, collaborative, be able to get in the weeds, operate in the gray, have strong project management skills, effective influencing skills on stakeholders and a can-do attitude. The above salary range serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
