Senior Manager Lateral Recruiting
We are supporting a client in the “BigLaw” space with hiring a Senior Manager Lateral Recruiting.
This critical role will lead a national team across both business services and lateral legal recruiting, and will be responsible for driving overall strategy, developing the team, ensuring best practice approaches and quality of delivery, and cultivating productive relationships with leaders and hiring managers.
The role will report to the Global Head of Recruiting and have global, regional peers. The firm is seeking strategic recruiting leadership and significant people management experience, ideally within global legal environments. This is based in their NYC office on a hybrid basis (4 days).
