This Saudi based entity is growing at a monumental pace. With ambitious development plans, this reputable entity is now looking to enhance and modernise its talent strategy, and hence, have created this new role to oversee the development of talent and learning for the entire organisation of 2,000 employees.
This new role will work with peers, and the executive leadership team, to design, roll out, and embed the corporate talent & learning management strategy for the business. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the best talent is being retained and developed in line with the company values and their methodology.
The key priorities will be to develop a robust and forward-thinking succession planning methodology and process. You will have a team of Talent & Learning Advisors reporting into you to support with the operational aspects of the role.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced talent/L&D leader with strong stakeholder management skills, and experience from a respected multinational company. You will have recently developed and embedded a Talent & Learning strategy for your organisation using the latest technology and HR systems.
